This is a cool story that could have just as easily become a real pain. Saturday was my Bday. Yay! I turned the big 41. I was super excited about enjoying my day, esp since my Bday landed on a Saturday this year. Well, I woke up with a pain in my lower back.

Let go. I’ve been getting this message lately and felt inspired to share. This message has come to me in the most unexpected way. Last week, I was all up in my thoughts, overthinking and worrying. Then out of no where, a cute little lady bug landed in my lap. What a nice surprise.
