Thanksgiving just passed. The end of the year is fast approaching.
The holidays can make you feel like you’re in a crazy whirlwind. You automatically move from one thing to the next.
But I say hold up.
And just pause.
Take a breath.
I know you are naturally high-achieving and hopeful about the future. You’re looking forward to what the new year will bring.
You ask yourself, “What’s next? What do I want to experience next year and what do I want to accomplish in my personal life and my business?
All very good questions to consider.
But, before you move too fast.
Take a moment.
And look back at what you’ve accomplished this year.
Think about where you were at the beginning of the year as compared to where you are now.
Acknowledge all of your growth. All forward movement is process.
Always remember that progress comes from a series of small steps.

I’m grateful for a lot…
I experienced a big miracle this year. I somehow transformed the grief from losing my Dad and channeled it into my passion, Dawning Soul. I rebranded my business to inspire leaders of the beauty and fashion industry to share the beauty of their own personal brands.
I launched a new web site and created my new Poetic Good apparel collection.
I also launched my “Spirit of Style” ebook. I offered a pre-sale of my book to help support the Red Cross Relief Effort for the typhoon victims in the Philippines. My Dad had a truly generous heart always helping others. I feel that his spirit moved me to help our homeland. You can offer support here.
If you’d like to learn more about my book, I’m hosting a free webinar on Dec. 12th to help you become truly magnetic through your natural beauty and style.
And I’m giving thanks to my Dawning Soul community by hosting my 1st Annual Dawning Soul Reunion is on Dec 16th. It’s going to be an empowering event honoring our community and our callings.
I wanted to give thanks for being featured in my good friend’s blog, Gifting Sweet. I call her a Gifting Guru. You can check out the post here.
When I look back the past year, it truly humbles me because I know I couldn’t have done it by myself. I’m grateful for my family’s love and support. God carried me through. My Dad’s spirit gave me courage. Truly, Grace stepped in.
If you look back on your year, you’ll see that you also had many miracles happen in your life.
I’d love to know all the beautiful growth that you experienced this year. Please share your comments with me.
